Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK,
* Enhanced DBS required, plus update service
* You will require the following: Safeguarding Adults, Medication, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, First Aid, Epilepsy (Desirable)
* NVQ / CQF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Desirable)
Essential elements of this role include, but are not limited to:
* Providing personal care and support to Service Users.
* Encouraging and supporting customers to establish and maintain positive relationships with their family and friends
* Providing support and practical assistance to Service Users, integrating into society
* Provide Day Care activities for Service Users
* Providing social and emotional support to Service Users
* Be aware of customers` wellbeing, safety and state of health, reporting any concerns.
* Ensure all necessary records are accurate and up to date.
