This role involves managing strategic relationships within the dental industry, focusing on DSOs, and coordinating internal teams to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

* Own the end-to-end relationship with Straumann’s strategic DSO partners.
* Act as the main contact for senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and clinical influencers.
* Understand customer strategies and challenges to position Straumann as a trusted partner.
* Lead planning and execution of joint initiatives and projects across the DSO network.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and monitor KPIs.


Account Development & Commercial Growth

* Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, including site rollouts and portfolio expansion.
* Create strategic account plans with clear goals and revenue targets.
* Use data insights to influence customer decisions and proposals.


Cross-functional Collaboration

* Advocate for customer needs internally and collaborate to remove obstacles.
* Facilitate governance meetings to maintain alignment.


Market & Industry Intelligence

* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
* Use insights to anticipate customer needs and differentiate Straumann.


Qualifications & Experience

* Experience managing complex, strategic accounts in healthcare or dental industries; DSO experience is a plus.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proven project management skills.
* Technical literacy in digital health solutions and workflows.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
