Job Description:
As a Valeter, you will being working both as an individual and as part of a team, being responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of vehicles on the inside and out to a high standard. Routinely assess vehicles and report and perform minor repairs, scratches and cleaning before using high pressures hoses to clean cars, vans and fleet vehicles.
Valeter Key Responsibilities:
* Valet and detail vehicles to the highest possible standard
* Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to enhance the appearance of vehicles
* Ensure health and safety procedures and company policies are adhered to
* Conduct full damage assessments
* Maintain workspaces
* Complete all relevant paperwork
* Carry out internal and external inspections to identify deterioration and damage
Valeter Requirements:
1. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
2. Ability to handle customer complaints and diffuse difficult situations calmly.
3. Applicants must be over the age of 25 for insurance stipulations.
