📍 Edinburgh (Hybrid – ~1 day per week in office)
A leading professional membership & regulatory organisation is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major HR system upgrade and support wider digital transformation programmes (CRM, website, case management, and more).
If you’ve delivered HR system implementations before and enjoy supplier management, coordination of SMEs, and driving real organisational change — this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the delivery of an off‑the‑shelf HR system implementation (tender awarded imminently).
* Manage suppliers, contracts, timelines, budgets, risks, and internal communication.
* Coordinate SMEs across HR, payroll, IT, and wider teams.
* Support other ongoing digital projects including CRM transformation, Website upgrade, and Regulatory case management system refresh.
* Apply governance, structure, and reporting in an environment without a formal PMO.
* Oversee testing phases, go-live readiness, and delivery assurance.
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years as a Project Manager delivering IT/digital projects.
* Comfortable working across multiple projects with diverse stakeholder groups.
* Experience in membership bodies, regulatory organisations, or public sector is a bonus.
