We are excited to welcome Support Workers to our new care at home service. The role As a Support Worker, you will deliver domiciliary care to adults living in their own homes. This means travelling between people’s houses during your shift and supporting each person with their daily routine. Role details: Hours: Guaranteed contracts from 15 to 30 hours per week, with regular overtime available Shifts: Between 7am and 11pm, including some weekends Transport: You must have your own car, bike, or electric bike and be able to travel across the local area Driver bonus: £250 one-off bonus for drivers, paid after your first month Mileage: 40p per mile paid for travel between calls Key Responsibilities Support people in a way that respects their choices, routines, and dignity Assist with personal care, medication, meals, and light household tasks Build positive and trusting relationships Encourage independence and help people live well at home Travel house to house to deliver care across the local area About our company At Making Space, people are at the centre of everything we do.
