Position: Clinical Lead / Unit Manager
Location: Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £22/hour
Hours: 42.75 - 48 hours / week
We're excited to be recruiting for a dedicated Clinical Lead with care home experience, on behalf of our established client. Set in a tranquil & homely, nursing home setting, rated "Good" with CQC. Easy to access location from Bradford / Wakefield / Leeds / Huddersfield / Halifax / Dewsbury.

Skills / Qualifications:
NMC-registered nurse with valid PIN and team coordination and leadership qualities
Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care - desirable
Recent and significant experience in a similar care setting, including an awareness of conditions affecting older people, including dementia, physical, and sensory disabilities
Proven ability to manage and lead an effective team
Understanding of key legislation, including the The Health and Social Care Act 2008, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, and Adult Safeguarding
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to supervise teams effectively and crisis-handling abilities
Commitment to professional development and ongoing training
