You may know us best as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join the Civil Enforcement Team! Shift Pattern: Any 5 out of 7 days 42.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday rota - Some bank holiday working may be required, although deployment is usually minimal on bank holidays Shift Times: Start times typically between 6:30am and 9:30am What you will be doing: You will work with the managers to supervise and coordinate the team ensuring the service is fully operational on a day-to-day basis. Leading, supporting and rostering the Civil Enforcement Officers team Carrying out daily briefings Leading by example Dealing with escalated queries from team colleagues and members of the public Patrolling public car parks and streets, issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles What we are looking for: Previous supervisory or team-leading experience as a Civil Enforcement Officer (CEO). Excellent communication skills Experience of working with Microsoft Office Customer-focused Ability to work on own initiative Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Full UK Driving Licence (desirable) What’s in it for you?
