The role:
Office Assistant role working alongside the Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, adobe (extra excel knowledge would be helpful)
* Creating presentations/ proposals
* Working with numbers and invoices
* Managing team diaries
* Arranging team/zoom meetings
* Assistance with travel and client events.
* Ability to work in a busy environment and manage multiple deadlines
* Organising and managing corporate events
* Maintaining office supplies
* Ability to communicate clearly/concisely
* Building rapport over the phone and in person with tenants and partners
* Exercise discretion, quick decision making and strong problem-solving skills
* Quick/keen learner
Candidate:
* Must have 6 months – 1 year previous office experience
* Experience in the property world is a big plus
* Proactive
