We are an established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Cheltenham seeking a friendly and organised receptionist to join our team. The receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, therefore this role requires excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities -
* Welcoming clients and visitors
* Answering phone calls and directing calls to the appropriate staff member
* Co-ordinating staff calendars and booking client meetings
* Managing internal and external post, including scanning, filing and forwarding
* Monitoring and reordering office stationary and supplies
* Providing admin support to all fee earners
Skills and Experience -
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in administrative role would be
* Friendly and professional manner
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
* Previous experience using accountancy software is a plus, full training will be given
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
The role is a full time position, though we will consider candidates looking for fewer hours (a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
We provide 25 days (or PTE) + Bank Holidays holiday per year.
