Base pay range

Payroll Assistant - Part-Time; 2 days per week - £26,500 - £28,000 per annum pro-rata + Bonus - Central London

Who You Are

* Excellent people skills with the ability to build strong relationships with General Managers and Head Chefs
* An understanding of hospitality rostering and how it feeds into payroll is a bonus
* Flexible, adaptable, and excited by change
* Highly organized with sharp time‑management
* Detail‑oriented and reliable, with a can‑do attitude
* A collaborative team player who communicates clearly
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (daily use)
* PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to be in the office every Monday


What You’ll Do

* Support the Payroll Team in processing weekly payroll for our expanding portfolio of 60 sites and counting
* Onboard new sites and maintain up‑to‑date personnel records in S4 Labour; help managers access logins
* Coordinate rota data in S4 Labour, including temporary transfers for accurate wage reporting
* Meet Monday EOW deadlines; provide first‑line payroll support and assist with onboarding new starters via Harri, Trust ID, Stream, and WMT Troncbox
* Produce Holiday Reports and manage annual leave entitlements
* Maintain weekly reporting in line with the Company Tipping Policy 2024
* Keep Sage People Payroll records current
* Ensure timely weekly payments
