Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements: In depth experience of modern data solution architecture design and delivery in a hybrid cloud environment, predominantly Azure / Databricks Ability to lead a small team while contributing personally Proficiency in driving agile, modern engineering practices Strong commitment to quality, observability, and good engineering discipline, ensuring pipeline and models run cleanly and predictably Responsibilities: Play a proactive role in the delivery of next-generation data platforms Manage and mentor existing team members Drive the design, development, and governance of data pipelines Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the technology function and within the business Ensure the availability, integrity, and compliance of systems Own the core architecture and engineering across the new Azure Databricks ecosystem Incorporate AI and ML capabilities into the data solutions Work with a 3rd Party Data Partner to select, implement, and manage technology improvements Technologies: AI Azure Cloud Databricks More: We are a Basingstoke-based organization heavily investing in our Digital Transformation Programme.
