Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: ROWKER LTD This role involves greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, and preparing meals to a high standard. The position includes maintaining excellent food hygiene practices at all times, carrying out general kitchen duties, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the workspace.
Responsibilities
* Taking and preparing food and drink orders.
* Maintaining Food Hygiene standards at all times, these include checking products dates, stock rotation, temperature and food records. Training will be provided on this.
* Kitchen and cleaning duties.Training will be provided on how to use the dishwasher along with clearing tables and cleaning floor areas.
* Displaying the food counter to a high standard, making sure it is presented well.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team, as well as the ability to work on your own.
* Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
Desirable Skills
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
* Some Barista experience.
