Responsibilities
* As the Swimming Coordinator, manage the swim programme, schedule 1:1 lessons, coordinate school swim programmes and manage swim teachers.
* Deliver a high level of customer service to all pool customers.
* Manage Swimming Instructors and empower them to motivate and instruct pupils, turning non-swimmers into confident pool users and helping swimmers achieve fitness goals.
About You (Qualifications)
* Previous management experience and a commercial background, ideally in swimming.
* Commitment to ongoing Continuous Personal Development (attending at least 2 courses/workshops per year).
* Good working knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway.
* Passionate about swimming and creating active places and healthy people.
