About You
* We’re looking for someone who is:
* A qualified, professionally registered Social Worker with strong knowledge of current legislation and regulations
* Passionate about customer-focused, strengths-based practice
* Skilled in balancing people’s rights to independence with the need to manage risk
* Creative and resourceful in designing solutions that meet individual needs
* An encouraging and supportive manager who can lead, supervise, and develop individuals and teams
* Confident in building strong relationships across services and communities to ensure safe, coordinated, and effective support
* A genuine team player who leads by example
