A leading innovative Private Equity firm based in the heart of the West End are actively seeking a diligent and highly capable Fluent Italian and or Arabic and English-speaking EA to start asap on a temporary on-going basis.
Key duties will include:•Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.•Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. •Coordinate travel arrangements, such as booking flights, accommodation, and preparing itineraries/visas. •Process a high volume of expenses. •Maintain and organize files and records. •Manage office supplies and general office processes.This role will compliment a driven, smart working and ever capable EA who can truly come in and hit the ground running and utilise their language skills within this capacity.The successful candidate will be immediately available and will be able to interview and start work asap.
