Salary: £25,905 - £26,111 (pro-rata for part-time and sessional)
Hours: 28.5 per week, 39 weeks sessional
We are seeking two permanent Pupil Support Assistants to work within our Extra Support Provision. The working hours are:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 3.15pm, Friday 8.30am - 12.55pm

Note: Please read the sessional working information attached to this advert. It explains how salaries are calculated for sessional (term-time) posts. PSAs do not work during the 12 weeks of school holidays, but the total salary is paid in 12 equal monthly payments over the year.
Queensferry High School is a six-year comprehensive school in the North West Locality of the City of Edinburgh Council. The catchment area includes Queensferry, Dalmeny, Echline, Kirkliston Primary Schools, and St Margaret's RC Primary School by request. We recently moved into a new school with excellent resources and views of the Forth Estuary. The school roll exceeds 1,200 students.

This position involves regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
