The Role
* Advising on a broad range of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes and commercial claims
* Handling disputes across litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
* Working on public law disputes, professional negligence, injunctions and reputation management issues
* Supporting on contentious insolvency matters and cross‑border disputes
* Managing your own caseload with appropriate autonomy and minimal supervision
* Assisting partners and senior lawyers on complex, high‑value matters
* Building strong client relationships and delivering commercially focused advice
* Collaborating with national and international teams across the firm
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial litigation
* Strong contentious experience across a broad range of disputes
* Experience in insolvency is beneficial but not essential
* Confident managing your own caseload independentlyCommercially minded with strong technical and analytical skills
* Excellent organisation and time‑management capabilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional and effective when dealing with clients and stakeholders
