You'll play a key role in supporting our team, helping them achieve their full potential while ensuring we continue to provide high-quality patient care.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the practice. Your key duties will include:
* Leading the team:
Providing support and guidance to the clinical staff and managing a team of dental professionals, including appraisals and personal development plans.
- Driving performance:
Monitoring and improving practice performance by managing costs, meeting financial targets, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Financial oversight:
Handling all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management.
- Ensuring compliance:
Maintaining up-to-date practice documentation, including policies, procedures, and handbooks, and ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety and HIW requirements.
- Reporting:
Providing essential reports to the company to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
