We’re recruiting for a role based in Norwich (hybrid working with three days per week in the office) Job Title: Workflow and Quality Assurance Account Handler Reporting to: Line Manager as agreed Location: Willow House, Norwich Job Purpose: To provide support to existing CMF Switzerland/Liechtenstein and Nordics based colleagues in servicing complex major multi-national risks and a multi product line portfolio of business. To contribute towards and/or meet internal targets in respect of: Error reduction Quality checking Processing In relation to all CMF product lines Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor the flow of business from CMF Zurich/Liechtenstein/Nordics into Operations Prepare Market Reform Contracts and Endorsements (MRCs and MRCEs) using our document templates and adapt these based on information received from our clients and input from the broking team Calculate applicable taxes using our tax tool Arrange for new clients to be set up on our systems Check MRC ensuring correct and contract certain, send to broker Quality Assurance checking in accordance with: Procedures Marsh Compliance Standards FCA and other regulatory body guidelines Effective control and management of internal targets in respect of: Workflow Contract Certainty Premium Warranties / Payments MRCE Workflow Late Signings Monitor and track MRCE documents Broke MRCEs / alterations identified within the de-broke/tidy-up process Review and respond to queries emanating from internal colleagues, markets and clients Be part of a “technical centre of excellence” for CMF, consistently delivering quality professional advice to clients, colleagues and markets Monitor placement progress and keep placement schedules up to date · Mid-Term Amendments Review amendment requests from clients, checking against current information, prepare information comparisons as necessary. Draft & prepare MRCE when required Check endorsement, prior to broking return / amend if changes needed Send endorsements to Zurich/Liechtenstein/Nordics for broking or broke endorsements (electronically) to the Underwriters, within the agreed timeframes Confirm market agreement to client, advising any changes in premiums Send signed endorsement to follow market Set and achieve specific goals as evidenced in Workday Other: Completion of mandatory training requirements as may be required from time to time by the firm and within the timeframes given Completion of the Firm’s CPD requirements, currently 35 hours per year, in a timely manner Special Skills: Excellent organisational skills Interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to cope with cyclical nature of the business Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world’s top insurance broker and risk advisor.
