We are working with a prominent national law firm based in Basingstoke for an Associate to join their Court of Protection team. The Role:The successful candidate will join a growing Court of Protection team, acting on both deputyships and personal injury trusts. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of clients’ financial affairs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, while also preparing Court of Protection applications.
