We're currently looking for a Workshop Support Engineer to join our Glasgow depot.
The role:
* Support engineers in the workshop by maintaining a safe, tidy and well-organised working environment.
* Carry out PAT testing on chargers, tools and other electrical equipment.
* Complete basic servicing tasks and routine equipment inspections.
* Wash and prepare access equipment before repair or maintenance work begins.
* Load and unload parts and equipment, ensuring all documentation is accurate and coordinating with the Depot Manager.
* Collect and deliver parts to suppliers, engineers and subcontractors as required.
What will help you to excel in this role:
* Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to daily tasks.
* Full driving licence preferred but not essential.
* Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.
* Clear and confident communication skills.
* Friendly, team-focused attitude with good customer service skills.
