Are you a resilient, adaptable, and passionate teacher with experience working with students who require additional behavioural support? A well-established Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Bradford is seeking a committed PRU Teacher to join their dedicated team, supporting students who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with small groups of pupils, delivering engaging, tailored lessons across the curriculum and supporting their social, emotional, and academic development. You'll play a key role in helping students re-engage with learning and build the skills they need to succeed.
* Deliver creative and differentiated lessons to meet diverse student needs
* Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may display challenging behaviour
* Work closely with support staff and external agencies to implement personalised behaviour and learning plans
* Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs also welcome)
* Experience working in a PRU, alternative provision, or behaviour-focused setting
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A calm, patient, and consistent approach
* Ability to inspire, motivate and support vulnerable young people
* Daily rate: £160 - £200 (dependent on experience)
