Role purpose: Carries out a wide range of duties involving the receipt, transportation, picking and replenishment of goods within the Warehouse department. Also unloading and loading of vehicles across a number of shift patterns. Key Duties and Responsibilities : Putting away and replenishment of stock Loading and unloading product from/to vehicles Picking items using barcode scanners in a time driven and accuracy monitored manner Prioritising between put-aways and replenishments according to their relative urgencies. Quality checks of product, ie amount, shape, size, colour, any damages Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping Adhering to Health & Safety protocols Skills & Experience Required: Flexibility, we operate a variety of shift patterns and these may change at short notice Excellent attention to detail Excellent attendance and punctuality A can-do attitude The ability to think on your feet Good teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work on your own Good verbal and written skills FLT/PPT licenses are desirable although full training can be given if necessary for the role This role involves an element of manual handling, therefore experience in this field is advantageous. Rotating Shifts: Monday Friday 06:00am 14:00pm 08 : 00am 16:00pm 14:00pm 22:00pm Hourly Rates: Starting at £12.77 (dependent upon skills/experience) Annual Leave: 32 Days incl.
