Role Overview
As a PE ECT, you will:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality PE lessons across KS3–KS5.
* Inspire pupils to develop skills, fitness, teamwork, and a lifelong love of physical activity.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and supporting improvement.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop schemes of work, resources, and best practice.
* Lead or support co-curricular sports clubs, competitions, and enrichment activities.
ECT Support & Development

Female PE Teacher - Candidate Profile
We are looking for a teacher who:
* Holds (or is due to achieve) QTS.
* Has a degree in Physical Education, Sport Science, or a closely related discipline.
* Demonstrates passion for teaching, fitness, and pupil development.
* Is willing to reflect on practice, learn, and develop professionally.
* Possesses strong organisation, communication, and classroom management skills.
