The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities to drive demand generation and market awareness of Crayons portfolio of solutions into new and existing Clients & Partners as well as the overall brand awareness. This role also manages all aspects of campaign management from creation to reporting. As part of this programme, there is additional support and development through a clear learning pathway throughout. This includes developing soft skills, leadership skills and ongoing support from a senior business mentor. Over time, the role will offer guidance and experience on best practises and build readiness for the next step on the career path. K EY R ESPONSIBILITIES Identify customer segments to target the various Crayon UK workloads, work with the key stake holders to communicate our value proposition. Create and maintain the marketing plan to ensure key stakeholder buy in, marketing plan must include all campaigns. To regularly support and update the sales teams with all marketing activities. To work closely with in-house/external creative agencies to design marketing materials. To write and proofread marketing copy for digital, social, and offline campaigns. To help support the production of creative content, including videos and blog posts. To support the organisation and attendance of Events in collaboration with the Events & Training Manager at conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions, travelling at times to different venues around the UK with possible overnight stays. Undertake detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met. Source and secure co-operative funding from Crayons Technology Partners Maintain and update customer databases. Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups. Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with reference to pricing, presentation, and promotion Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external. Track marketing campaign performance, return on investment and suggestions for improvement via a weekly/monthly management report. K NOWLEDGE AND S KILLS ( WHO YOU ARE ) Excellent verbal & written skills with a strong attention to detail is a must Highly motivated, self-starting individual with lots of energy Be conversant with MS Office software such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint Nice to have but not essential: using Adobe creative suite specifically Photoshop, Canva & Illustrator The ability to work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision. Commercially aware with knowledge of the technology industry is advantageous but not essential.
