Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties
Work on lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting
Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently
Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations
Accurately record work activities using a computerised maintenance management system
Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts
Requirements 17th or 18th Edition qualification
Recognised electrical apprenticeship (SVQ / NVQ Level 3)
Full UK driving licence
Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
