About the Role
In this vital role, youll support the learning and development of young students by assisting teachers, providing one:on:one and small group support, and helping to create an inclusive classroom environment. This position offers a competitive salary and is available on a full:time or part:time basis during term time.
Key Responsibilities

Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

Provide targeted assistance to students who need extra help.

Help maintain a positive and safe classroom atmosphere.

Assist with preparing teaching materials and resources.
*
Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.
What Were Looking For

Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school.

A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Relevant qualifications are a plus, but not essential.

A strong commitment to safeguarding children (enhanced DBS check required).
