Logistics Co‑ordinator – 6 month Fixed Term Contract
Justerini & Brooks (J&B), a subsidiary of Diageo, seeks a Logistics Co‑ordinator to manage inventory movement and storage for the company’s global portfolio. This role involves coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, internal ERP and third‑party logistics.
Responsibilities
* Manage Salesforce cases, raise purchase orders and track delivery of UK stocks.
* Handle importation and shipping of fast‑moving stock from global suppliers.
* Work closely with freight forwarders, sales teams and buyers.
* Collaborate with third‑party logistics to maintain accurate stock levels across their Warehouse Management System and internal ERP.
* Manage breakages and losses and ensure quality control.
* Arrange delivery of customer‑owned En Primeur stock to bonded warehouses.
Required Experience & Skills
* Experience in stock management and forecasting with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Strong relationship‑building skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
* Confident using data and technology to drive decisions; strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus (training provided).
* Highly organised with great attention to detail, able to adapt quickly and prioritise in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
* Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
