This role
We are seeking an experienced Housing with Support Manager to provide on-site housing management, enabling people to live as independently as possible with choice and control over their lives. You will be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all regulatory and contractual commitments are met. This should be evidenced on your CV.
What you'll need to succeed
* Expert knowledge of services for older persons and a good understanding of housing management.
* Ability to deliver advice and support to customers with diverse needs and work effectively with external agencies, including the local authority.
* Significant knowledge of this customer group and service type, including safeguarding; good administration skills, including IT reporting and procurement systems.
* Ability to work with customers to provide stimulating activities that support wellbeing and promote community; provide a supportive and reassuring presence, and respond flexibly during challenging times.
* Full Driving Licence required.
We will conduct an enhanced background check with the Disclosure and Barring Service, including a check of the Adult Barred list, once an employment offer is made. A new check will be completed every three years.
