Compensation
$55K (paid hourly at $24.66/hr.)
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position)
* Managing all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding logistics
* Processing bi-weekly payroll and administering benefits through ADP
* Ensuring legal and regulatory HR compliance and reporting
* Leading new employee orientations and maintaining accurate HR records
* Supporting employee safety, wellness, and welfare initiatives
* Acting as the primary HR contact across all departments
* Performing internal HR audits and assisting with special projects as assigned
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements)
* Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems
* Practical knowledge of benefits administration processes
* Audit experience in HR or compliance-related functions
* Proven ability to manage confidential information with precision and integrity
