Responsibilities / Position overview
As part of the RWE team, Lumanity is developing a RWE Data Luminary Consulting Practice to address clients' unique challenges with real-world data. This role involves business development, project delivery, mentorship, and strategy support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Project Delivery: leading workstreams, developing deliverables, coordinating teams, and managing project financials.
* Business Development: creating marketing materials and engaging with clients and partners.
* Thought Leadership: developing and promoting industry insights through publications and presentations.
Qualifications
* BSc or MSc in life sciences, business, or related fields.
* Understanding of drug development processes.
* Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
* 5+ years in life science or RWE consulting.
* Experience in team management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of RWE industry trends, especially in Europe and the USA.

* Ownership of objectives and high-quality work delivery.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
