Social Media Content Creator (Based Theford) – Part Time
£14 per hour | Wednesday to Friday 10:30 am – 5 pm
We are looking for a confident and creative Social Media Content Creator who is comfortable being on camera and bringing our brands to life through engaging, personality‑led content.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media trends and is happy appearing in videos as the face of the brand where needed.
Please note: this role may require the occasional weekend working to support events, campaigns or time‑sensitive content opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging photo, video and written content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok & Facebook.
* Be actively involved in on‑camera content, including short‑form videos, Reels, TikToks & Lives.
* Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
* Film and edit social‑first video content.
* Stay up to date with trends and confidently bring new content ideas forward.
* Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone of voice.
* Engage with the online community where appropriate.
* Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and product launches.
* Monitor performance and use insights to improve content.
About You
* Confident and comfortable being on camera (this is an essential part of the role).
* Experience in social media content creation or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and current social trends.
* Creative, outgoing and full of ideas.
* Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar).
* Good copywriting skills with an adaptable tone of voice.
* Enthusiastic about building engaging online communities.
