Your Impact As A Nursery Practitioner
* Create a safe, stimulating environment by planning materials and arranging rooms to foster exploration, creativity, and growth.
* Lead engaging educational activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Be a key person in a child’s journey by overseeing development, addressing care needs, and building strong, trusting family connections.
What You’ll Bring to the Hive
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
* Strong communication skills – able to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Excellent organisational abilities – keeping learning environments structured yet exciting.
* Deep understanding of child development – applying knowledge to plan and deliver engaging activities that help young learners thrive.
