Responsibilities
* As People & Culture (P&C) Administrative Business Partner supporting the P&C Leadership Team, provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to enable leaders to focus on strategic people initiatives and culture building.
* Internal communications: draft communications and PowerPoint presentations for team and company-wide meetings, coordinate with senior colleagues for review and approval, manage timelines and logistics, format and proof content for accuracy and brand alignment.
* Prepare and distribute employee notices and posts; coordinate global and local team meetings and manage invites and attendees; support internal communications initiatives and assist in planning and executing internal events.
* Training administration: schedule and coordinate internal and external training courses, manage logistics, send invitations, track attendance, and collate feedback.
* Meetings coordination: manage complex calendars for the P&C Leadership Team, lead logistics for internal meetings and offsites, prepare briefing notes and agendas, and take/distribute minutes as required.
* Employee relations: schedule and coordinate meetings at formal Employee Relations events (e.g., disciplinaries and grievances) and ensure timely distribution of notes.
* Travel administration: arrange travel and accommodation for HR staff and colleagues; handle booking confirmations and related logistics.
* Provide general P&C administrative support: maintain key internal relationships, prepare/format documents and communications, collaborate with the broader business support team, provide confidential support on sensitive matters, and promote AAB culture and values.
Qualifications and experience
* Proven experience supporting multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced, confidential environment (HR or People team experience desirable).
* Previous experience providing administration support at this level.
Knowledge and skills
* Strong expertise in crafting professional and visually engaging presentations
* Excellent organisational skills
* High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
* Strong communication skills – both written and oral
* Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; intermediate or advanced PowerPoint is desirable
