Job Description
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who enjoys coordinating processes, supporting compliance activities, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.As the Quality Coordinator, you will:
3. Assist in maintaining the company's ISO management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
4. Coordinate documentation, records, and quality‑related information across departments.
5. Support internal audits by preparing files, updating logs, and tracking actions.
6. Help monitor compliance with quality procedures and standards.
7. Collate, organise, and analyse basic quality data to produce management reports.
8. Act as a central point of contact for quality queries and documentation requests.
9. Work with operational teams to ensure processes and paperwork are followed correctly.
10. Support training activities by arranging sessions, maintaining attendance records, and distributing materials.
11. Assist with general administrative duties related to health, safety, and quality compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Coordinator should have:
12. Experience in an administrative, coordination, or compliance support role-ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, or operational environment.
13. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
