About The Role
We are currently looking for a proactive, highly organised, service-focused individual to join our support staff within our Real Estate Team based in Cardiff. You will provide direct, in-depth business support to the Partners and fee earners across the team.
Responsibilities of a Legal Support Assistant include:
1. Managing the file opening process for the team
2. Being the first point of contact for clients
3. Providing administrative and business support to fee earners, anticipating team needs where possible
4. Assisting with financial transactions
5. Drafting and formatting letters, documents, and forms
6. Preparing correspondence and documents via audio typing and word processing
7. Proactive diary management for fee earners
About You
You will have:
* Experience in a legal or professional services environment
* Strong legal administration skills
* Experience with case management systems
* Experience in a client-facing role
* Broad legal administrative knowledge
* IT proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, etc.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and organisational skills
