We’re looking for a Network Development Planner (Fares and Ticketing) to lead the design and delivery of fare and ticketing products across the region’s bus network, supporting over 20 million journeys a year. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll shape fare policy, improve customer experience and work at the heart of public transport innovation.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of fare and ticketing products across the bus network.
* Shape fare policy and improve customer experience.
* Collaborate with local authorities, operators and suppliers to deliver practical, customer‑focused solutions.
* Manage contracts, budgets and programmes while maintaining a strong focus on value for money and passenger outcomes.
About You
* Experience of fares, ticketing or customer‑focused service design in a public transport or regulated environment.
* Strong analytical skills and confidence working across multiple stakeholders.
* Organised, data‑driven and comfortable navigating political and contractual contexts.
