Step into a role where your expertise truly transforms lives. As a Senior Social Worker in our Safeguarding Adults Service, you will play a pivotal part in protecting vulnerable adults.
Are you ready for a role where everyday brings challenge, purpose and the chance to make a real difference? If you are, then we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
In this role, you will take the lead and co-ordinate enquiries, ensuring that adults at risk are supported through a person-centred and safeguarding process.
You'll work closely with multi-agency partners, develop and review safeguarding plans, assess risks, provide professional advice on complex cases and ensure high quality recording and reporting.
You will also support team development and help drive good working practice across your team.
This is a role where your professional judgment, leadership and compassion truly matters.
What is in it for you:
Our team are committed, motivated and forward thinking. You will be part of a supportive team that priorities your wellbeing as much as the people you support.
You will have access to lots of development, learn plenty from all the fantastic colleagues you work alongside and we promise to support you every step of the way.
Don't miss this opportunity to join us and really complement this Adults Service.
