Job Title: Talent Management Business Partner, EMEA - Commercial, Data, IP Tech & Trade, Shrewsbury
This role involves collaborating with Practice Group Leaders and Business Managers within the EMEA CDIT Practice Group to enhance lawyer performance and development. The candidate will work closely with the Director of Talent Management and other partners to provide high-quality business partnering support, focusing on engagement, team planning, recruitment, mobility, talent reviews, performance management, career development, and organizational development.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Understanding strategic needs of Practice Group Leaders and Business Managers.
2. Coordinating with Talent Management and Recruitment teams to deliver engagement plans, team management, recruitment, mobility, talent reviews, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
3. Supporting integration of lateral partners and providing HR advisory support.
4. Partnering with leadership teams to develop People strategies and resources for EMEA.
Qualifications required:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
* Extensive HR/Talent Management experience, preferably in professional services.
* Experience across multiple locations and jurisdictions.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
Personal qualities include integrity, dedication, strong client focus, and the ability to build relationships. Occasional travel may be required.
