As a Corporate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to provide an effective range of legal services to clients Huddersfield and across the UK including share and asset sales/purchases, mergers, demergers, corporate restructures, share buybacks, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and many more. The Corporate & Commercial team are well established, having gained an excellent reputation in the UK and abroad. They have won several awards within their division and have been recognised for their huge range of transaction they work on. This has included substantial work within the video game industry in which they have won awards for over several years. The candidate will ideally be 3 PQE and looking for the next step in their career where they can develop and grow as a solicitor with the fantastic support around them that the firm offers.
