For our client, a well-established childcare and early years education provider in the United Kingdom, we are looking for experienced Nursery Manager
Location: United Kingdom (multiple Locations) - On-site
Your Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and inspire the nursery team to deliver outstanding childcare and early years education
* Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and learning
* Drive continuous quality improvement in educational programs and operational processes
* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding policies, and health & safety standards
* Manage nursery budgets, resources, and staffing effectively
* Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community
* Monitor children’s development and ensure early learning frameworks are implemented effectively
* Support staff training, mentoring, and professional development initiatives
* Maintain accurate records, policies, and operational documentation
Your Qualifications
* NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent)
* Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Commercial awareness with the ability to manage resources effectively
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload efficiently
* Strong commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and early years education
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements
