What you'll be doing
* Advising public sector clients on commercial, contract, procurement and corporate law
* Delivering strategic, solution-focused legal advice to senior officers and elected members
* Managing a diverse caseload across construction, governance, and public law matters
* (Optional) Leading and developing a team of lawyers — with additional allowance
* Championing client service, legal innovation, and operational excellence
What we’re looking for
* Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive
* Strong track record in commercial contracts & procurement
* Ability to manage complex caseloads and competing priorities
* Proactive, problem-solving mindset
