C9 Recruitment is seeking an entrepreneurial, results orientated Commercial Manager to to lead the development and growth of key contracts and services across the Heathrow region. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role focused on revenue generation, service performance, and stakeholder relationship management.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Commercial Manager will take ownership of the commercial strategy for a well-established passenger transport business servicing Heathrow Airport and surrounding areas.
Leading and managing the commercial performance across corporate transfers, hotel services, airline contracts, and regional bus networks
Proactively identifying and securing new commercial opportunities and revenue streams
Collaborating across operations, engineering, and customer service teams to drive quality, performance, and compliance
Producing and analysing commercial performance reports, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics
Proven experience in a commercial management, account management, or contracts role
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of winning and growing business
Experience working with airport services, network disruption, or transport planning is desirable
Good knowledge of route costing, scheduling, and performance analysis
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
Competitive base salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
