We are now looking for additional Supervisors to join our brand new Flagship store in Meadowhall Sheffield.
Please note this is a full-time contract of 45h per week. The shifts will vary week on week but will include daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
Job Description
Your Role:
* Proactively drive store performance across all departments with creative flair.
* Ensure delivery of the brand is in line with all visual merchandising guidelines.
* Promote compliance within the team to adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Maximise sales and product availability whilst controlling costs.
* Exceed customer expectations to deliver great customer service, driving company targets.
* Promote our values and our culture to internal and external parties.
* Comply with all policies and procedures at all times.
