* Current NMC registration and substantial post‑registration experience in senior nursing leadership roles.
* A strong track record of leading change and delivering measurable improvements in care.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across disciplines and agencies.
* A passion for nurturing talent, promoting innovation, and advocating for patients and staff alike.
