About The Role
We are actively looking for a part-time out of hours scheduler, who can work 16 hours per week on a Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 8am-4pm. Some shifts to cover evenings and weekends. Due to business needs, you may need to work during the week, on a Bank Holiday or longer hours during the weekend.
It is essential to be flexible before applying.
Location: United Utilities building, Haweswater House, Lingley Mere, Great Sankey, Warrington.
Hours: 16 hours per week
Salary: £11.94 per hour (overtime paid at £17.91 per hour)
Responsibilities – But Not Limited To
* Contacting customers via telephone and email, providing them with information
* Providing customers and colleagues with accurate information
* Navigating our in-house software, updating internal systems.
* Handing over of works to other departments, in an efficient manner.
* Dealing with customer complaints, resolving in a timely manner.
* Liaising with internal departments and our field-based teams.
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* Excellent customer service
* Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
* Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face to face)
* Positive, can-do attitude – team player
* Competent in IT, accurate data entry and good keyboard skills
