Summary
The Administrator will be required to oversee the photography and media management across the company and also provide administrative support to the Piling and Hiper Pile teams, playing a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of pre‑construction and support activities.
The Pre-Construction team is responsible for the winning of contracts for the business and as such, high standards are required and maintained by the team. The Administrator will be expected to champion this level of quality in the documents produced for internal and external use.
Working closely with the Pre-Construction Coordinator and the Pre-Construction team, the Administrator will be responsible for contributing to the management of data libraries, databases and document management systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide admin support to the Integrated Piling and Hiper Pile teams.
* Email and bid communication management.
* Facilitate the completion of relevant forms in line with the Pre-Construction Procedure.
* Completion of PQQs and Expressions of Interest.
* Lead Piling and Hiper Pile User on SharePoint, managing folder access and document control.
* Lead Piling and Hiper Pile User on the CRM estimating database, adding and updating records, generating relevant reports and updating dashboards.
* Arrange Lunchtime Lessons Learnt sessions (on request).
* Management of FPS membership.
* Management of the Media Library, facilitating photography bookings, H&S approvals and user access to library.
* Provide cover to the Pre-Construction Coordinator when required.
* Provide adhoc admin support to the Pre-Con Coordinator and the wider Pre-Construction team if required.
Requirements
Essential:
* Experience in a similar admin role within the construction industry.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
* Knowledge of CRM.
* Knowledge of SharePoint.
* Relevant business administration NVQ / certifications.
* Familiarity with bid management tools and document control systems.
