My client has asked me to find a Quantity Surveyor from a groundworks/RC contracting background to join them close to Leeds. All of my client's work is within an hour of Leeds and very occasionally further afield. You will need at least 5 years surveying experience and this should be with a specialist subcontractor in the groundworks/reinforced concrete sector: ideally on commercial or infrastructure rather than residential schemes. On offer is a decent salary and package or equivalent daily rate, which is very much open to negotiation depending on relevant experience. Projects undertaken tend to be within the £1-10 m range and are mainly commercial rather than residential projects.
