This role sits within a high-performing technology team focused on modernising cloud contact centre platforms for a major financial services environment.
As an AWS Connect Engineer, youll play a key role in designing and evolving a cutting-edge cloud contact centre, leveraging the latest capabilities across the AWS ecosystem.
This is a hands-on position where youll build intelligent, scalable solutions that enhance customer interactions through AI, automation, and real-time analytics.
