Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mazak Integrex Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our precision machining team. In this role you will:

Program, set-up, and operate multi-axis Mazak Integrex machines to manufacture complex precision components.
*
Interpret CAD drawings, engineering specifications and inspection reports to ensure accuracy and quality.
*
Select tooling, fixtures and cutting data appropriate for high-precision work.
*
Monitor machine operation, ensure parts meet tolerance and surface finish specifications, perform first article inspection and ongoing process checks.
*
Troubleshoot machining issues, optimise cycle times and maintain machine/tooling integrity.
*
Collaborate with the engineering, inspection and production teams to deliver on schedule and to budget.
*
Adhere to health & safety, quality and housekeeping standards at all times.
Key Requirements
*
Proven experience programming, setting and operating Mazak Integrex (or equivalent multi-axis turning/milling machines) in a high-precision environment.
*
Strong understanding of CNC programming (Mazatrol, Fanuc, or similar), machine set‐up, tooling selection and process optimisation.
*
Excellent interpretation of engineering drawings and GD&T.
*
Good grasp of materials, machining strategies, cutting tools and workholding relevant to aerospace / oil & gas / high tech sectors.

Commitment to quality and continuous improvement mindset in a precision engineering context.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, delivering to tight tolerances and demanding deadlines.
*
Good communication skills; strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
